I’ve been told I’m a decent piano player from many, actually an excellent piano player.. but my family tells me I’m terrible and need to stop.
I understand I’m not good, I don’t take lessons. I do however, play by ear and ithink I do a decent job of it.
I’m sorry I’m not my brother who can just memorize keys and thinks he is good. At least I can read music!!! His teacher just tells him the keys to play!
It frustrates me, and it frustrates me how my family tells me to give up on something I love and am passionate about.
God if you think I’m terrible give me piano lessons then.
